We want you to be completely satisfied with your jewellery purchase. Therefore, whether you clicked on “Place Order” too soon or you didn’t just fall in love with the Friday Shine product you just bought, we’re here to help you fix it! Below is our policy on Cancellations and to offer a guarantee that if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase.
You can cancel your order by sending sms / sending FB private message (not a comment) / Sending web site inquire / E mail with your Order number within one day. Because we are processing the order after one day. Unfortunately, we cannot cancel orders once we started the processing.
- Tampered Packaging
If you believe your desired Friday shine product hasn’t reached you in good condition, or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged, please refuse to take delivery of the package, and contact our Customer Care at email@example.com mentioning your order reference number. We shall re-deliver your order at the earliest possible time.
- Eligibility of Returns
Much as we would like to accept your returns at any time, to be fair to all parties involved in the creation of Friday Shine designs, products have been categorised as eligible/ineligible for returns. Products that are eligible can be returned within 10 days of being delivered.
Eligible products include:
- Products that arrive damaged or defective – You should email us a photo of the damaged product at firstname.lastname@example.org. The products will be reviewed by our customer service team and will be eligible for immediate replacement or refund. The means of settling this replacement or refund lie at your discretion:
– You may choose to have us send you a replacement of the appropriate item immediately OR
– You may choose to get a full refund on your credit card or debit card or a return cash payment in the event of a COD purchase.
The refund process will be completed within 5-7 working days, once the return product is received and after our Quality Control team gives its approval
2. Products that are delivered in error – But please note that returned items must be unworn, unaltered and not damaged.
Eligible products for return or money back within the 14 day exchange policy will receive complimentary return shipping.

- Personalized Jewellery will not be eligible for return or money back. – We take great care to ensure that your customized Friday Shine products reach you in excellent condition.
- Registering a Return Request
In order to have a better exchange, please provide the following details while registering your Return Request: Order Number, Invoice Number, Order Date & Amount, and Nature of Complaint.
We will issue a Return Request code as reference. Our courier will collect the package from you by giving reference to your Return Request code and will issue a return detailed document. Please do not hand over the parcel to courier unless the return detailed document is issued to you.
